Bananna Boats Empty Bananna Boats

This one is going to be a camping favorite for us. My wife heard about it somewhere and we decided to try in on the grill at home this weekend.

Basically you slice a bananna lenghtwise without cutting through it.
Open it up like a hot dog bun & drop chocolate chips & mini marshmellows in.
Wrap it up tightly in foil and grill for 10 minutes.

Let it cool long enough & scoop out the gooey goodness with a spoon!

I imagine it would be good with peanut butter, brown sugar or whatever you can imagine.

Here's a site with pictures to get a better idea of what this is like Laughing

We did those this weekend with my youth group while camping at Natural Tunnel. They were good and they thought they were great.
